SPR# BCOR4EUVUS - Fix a problem which would report the inability to open a "color item" for otherwise correctly formatted messages. These messages will now be migrated without error.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.3.
Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Release 5.0.3 QMR fix list:
Mail Migration - cc:Mail
SPR# BCOR4EUVUS - Fix a problem which reports an inability to open a "color
item" for otherwise correctly formatted messages. These messages will now be
migrated without error. [5.0.3]
In this scenario, the cc:Mail client was connecting to an HP OpenMail back-end
for mail, rather than a cc:Mail post office. The Upgrade Wizard is unable to
interpret the message body created by that system.
As a workaround, you can use the cc:Mail to Notes R4 Upgrade Tool, which can be
downloaded from the web at http://www.lotus.com/migration. This tool does not
exhibit this problem, although it must be run from a Notes R4 workstation
rather than R5. You can set up one R4 workstation and have an administrator
migrate and distribute everyone's cc:Mail archives.Supporting Information:
